The Student Representative Council (SRC) is elected annually during the first week of April, with elections supervised by a subcommittee appointed by Student Services and approved by the Advisory Board. The Student Association is structured into an Advisory Board, Executive Branch, Secretariat Branch, and Representative Branch, facilitating organized and effective governance. Representatives from the Student Association hold seats on the College Council, the highest governing body of Villa College, guaranteeing that student voices are heard at the top level. Additionally, these representatives actively participate in various faculty-level committees, providing valuable input and contributing to decision-making processes across the college. Through these mechanisms, the Student Association ensures comprehensive student representation and meaningful governance input, fostering a collaborative and inclusive academic environment.
