In 2023, Villa College conducted a total of 111 educational outreach initiatives, reflecting its commitment to community engagement and the dissemination of knowledge across various fields. The Faculty of Educational Studies played a pivotal role in facilitating educational outreach activities, hosting a total of 49 initiatives aimed at enhancing educational access and promoting lifelong learning. These events included workshops, seminars, and public lectures that addressed contemporary educational issues and innovative teaching methodologies, effectively engaging educators, students, and community members.
With 34 events, the Faculty of Business Management focused on fostering entrepreneurial spirit and business insight within the community. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology conducted six events that aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The Centre for Postgraduate Studies hosted two significant events focused on advancing academic research and professional development among postgraduate students.
The Faculty of Shariah and Law organized 11 events that focused on legal education and awareness. These initiatives included public lectures and discussions on contemporary legal issues, aiming to enhance understanding of the legal system among community members while promoting the principles of justice and equity. The Institute for Research and Innovation conducted nine events centered on promoting research excellence and innovation within the college and the broader community.

On 22nd Dec 2023, the Villa College Law Society Student leaders supervised by the society's Executive Advisor Advocate and Lecturer at the Faculty of Shariah and Law of Villa College, Amish Abdullah provided information to the migrant workers about the course of 'legal response' that is to be taken when they come across any legal issue during the Migrant Day Festival 2023 organized by PILC.
On November 4, 2023, Villa College’s Faculty of Engineering and Technology showcased innovative projects focused on Clean Energy, Industry Innovation, and Infrastructure, aligning with SDGs 7 and 9, at the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Fair. On March 4, 2023, Villa College’s Chinese Language Centre participated in the Huravee Fun Day, a cultural event hosted by Huravee School in Hulhumale’, engaging hundreds of local residents. The Centre’s stall featured Chinese cultural elements like panda dolls, paper lanterns, and interactive games such as “Paper Cutting” and “Chopsticks with Candy,” which drew significant attention from attendees. This participation underscores Villa College’s commitment to promoting cultural exchange and community engagement in the Maldives.
On February 3, 2023, Villa College conducted a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) workshop at Laamu Hithadhoo School, led by FES Senior Lecturer Ms. Fathimath Warda and Laam Gan Campus Manager Mr. Thoaha Aboobakuru.
