By integrating this multidimensional approach seamlessly, our primary objective is to increase students' awareness of their individual strengths and areas for development. This intricately crafted strategy serves as a guiding light, fostering effective self-evaluation and personal development. Moreover, by organizing exercises that encourage guided investigation and decision-making, we intend to strengthen students' sense of responsibility and active participation in moulding their career pathways. This comprehensive method empowers students to actively pursue learning opportunities, ensuring their success in their chosen endeavours and laying the groundwork for future accomplishments.
