The Master of Organisational Psychology prepares students to be knowledgeable, self-reflective, and reflexive practitioners with a commitment to career-long professional development and the maintenance of professional standards. Students in the programme learn to apply industry or organizational (I-O) principles of human behaviour and motivation. The programme enables students to produce scientifically driven data and apply it to enhance workplace productivity and efficiency. Through intensive engagement, students learn advance principles of I-O psychology, develop critical thinking to strategize effective leadership, and gain the skills to provide consultations.

A related Bachelor’s Degree
OR
A related Graduate Diploma at Level 8
Alternative Entry Criteria
25 years old, completion of a related Level 5 qualification, and 7 years of relevant experience (of
which 3.5 years of experience is obtained after completion of a Level 5 qualification), and
completion of an MQA approved Pre-Master’s Program.

25 years old, completion of a related Level 6 qualification, and 6 years of relevant experience (of
which 3 years of experience is obtained after completion of a Level 6 qualification), and
completion of an MQA approved Pre-Master’s Program.
